She also serves as Visiting Associate Professor and Academic Advisor at the Institute for China Business, The University of Hong Kong, contributing to its postgraduate Corporate Coach and Leadership Development program. She has authored or co-authored four Chinese-language books and contributed chapters to Diversity in Coaching (2009) and Book of Wisdom (2021). Catherine’s belief in lifelong learning and expanding one’s horizons runs through her work and life. She encourages students to remain curious, experiment, and grow—and practises this herself.
