Allan has more than 25 years of experience coaching top-performing teams and individuals in corporate settings — from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies. Allan served as a consultant for one of the world’s leading career transition firms and has held key leadership positions for Marriott International and TMI USA, an international human resource consulting firm focused on performance management, customer service, culture change, and human relations. From his early experiences growing up in the Midwest achieving leadership roles in school, church, and on his way to becoming an Eagle Scout, Allan has always been interested in human potential and what makes leaders top-performing.
